The strength required to practice foam nunchaku is relatively low and does not require any
martial arts background. This practice is suitable for everyone of all ages with different
including kids, adults and elderlies.
Nunchaku focuses on practicing skills and the coordination between eyes and arms, body and
brain to drive the forces of neck, back and waist. In addition to promoting physical and
mental health in a short period of time, it can also correct common poor postures including
rounded shoulders and more. You can easily practice nunchaku at home as it requires no
specific location settings.
Master Jerry holds 15 years of experience in teaching nunchaku. With a 6-chapters training
system that he has developed, you’ll be able to master the basic application of nunchaku!
